Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (office-based)
We are seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to join a leading engineering company at their UK Head Office in Hook, Hampshire.
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative and reception duties
Manage all incoming and outgoing post
Book and prepare meeting rooms
Oversee facilities management
Ensure office supplies are stocked and up to date
Organise internal training sessions and events
Assist staff with travel and accommodation bookingsSkills and Experience Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
Proficiency with computers and office software
Willingness to learn and develop professionallyThis is a Temp to Perm position, so the ideal candidate should be open to permanent employment opportunities.
