The Role of Technical Support Engineer
50% Worcester based, 50% field based (UK wide).
Provide support and training to internal engineers and customers.
Create technical and training documentation.
In-house repairs, testing, and setting-up of propriety instrumentation
Travel to customer sites to conduct training and repairs when necessary.
Mon - Fri position, 40 hours per weekThe Candidate for the Technical Support Engineer
Hold a qualification in an engineering discipline such as HNC/Degree/Apprenticeship.
Hands on experience with mechatronic, hydraulic, or electronic systems
Customer focused approach to engineering
Strong English communication skills; verbal and written.
Knowledge of calibration and creating technical documentation is beneficial.
Happy to commute to Worcester when not on customer sites.
Full UK driving licence
Able to work in the UK without restriction as sponsorship will not be provided.
The Package for the Technical Support Engineer
£35,000 - £40,000 basic salary, depending on experience
