Responsibilities:


  • Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
  • Update company records, databases, and files.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Set up and support meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting room setup.
  • Assist with basic financial tasks.
  • Support projectbased activities by assisting with research, data analysis, and documentation.
  • Facilitate internal communication by distributing memos, announcements, and other relevant information to staff members.

Competencies:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a business environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

£11.00 per hour
