Description
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Update company records, databases, and files.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Set up and support meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting room setup.
- Assist with basic financial tasks.
- Support projectbased activities by assisting with research, data analysis, and documentation.
- Facilitate internal communication by distributing memos, announcements, and other relevant information to staff members.
Competencies:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a business environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
