Workshop Controller Responsibilities:

You will play a crucial role in assisting the Service Manager in driving workshop business forward and inspire the team of Technicians to ensure that every customer's vehicle is repaired or serviced in a timely manner, the first time, and in accordance withCompany policies and standards.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of people management, loading requirements, labour sales targets and should be able to work at a fast pace with attention to detail ensuring that Manufacturer anddealership guidelines are adhered to.
