Description
We are looking for a strong administrator with attention to detail and resilience to work as a Customer Feedback Officer for our client within their repairs and maintenance team.
Working with the team to answer customers queries, feedback and complaints. Ensuring learning from feedback is embedded in the team to ensure service delivery meets the needs of the customers.Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
£14.44 per hour

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
