The Team Leader works shoulder to shoulder with their respective teams driving performance.They are agile and able to anticipate, isolate and resolve issues in the moment or by partnering with Managers and Supervisors, when appropriate.
The Team Leader brings the highest standards of professional conduct, compliance with all Alchemy Policies and a desire for continuous improvement each day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Is directly responsible for the Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs") of their individual department
- Understands the expectations of performance in their department and leverages talent across their team to support achieving these expectations
- Is Change Agile and Learning Agile
- The Team Leader is comfortable with change and sees this as an opportunity for their department and themselves to improve. They are open to new ideas and ways of working and are keen to acknowledge and filter all ideas
- Sets up the day for success by being onsite 15 minutes before start, understanding the headcount available in their department and working with Managers to deliver correct levels of staffing throughout the operation
- Sets clear and challenging goals across their department and communicates these effectively.
- Monitoring performance constantly.
- Ensures compliance with Alchemy's quality standards, preventing escapee devices reaching the customer
- Maintains high standards of tidiness and organisation across their department from both themselves and their team
- Is cross functional and able to flex into leading multiple departments when needs of the business dictate
- Complies with all Alchemy policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Complies with all Alchemy policies as directed by Management
- Supports other areas of the business beyond their own department as a when needed

£22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
