My client is currently recruiting experienced Commis Chefs to work within their esteemed government building cooking a wide variety of fine dining dishes.
You will be working alongside a well established team, running a section of a busy kitchen during bothdaily preparation and service, reporting to the sous chef.
This role consists of a 36 hour contract, Monday to Friday. Overtime is paid at time and a half and any Saturdays are double time.In addition to this great working week they offer:
- Up to £27,000 per annum
- Up to 3k Tronc, paid in 3 instalments per year
- 30 days holiday plus bank holidays and 3 additional days off over Christmas time
- Training opportunities within Westminster college and career progression
- All uniform and meals on shift provided
- 21% pension
