My client, a large International Bank, is looking for Programme Manager working on a major Remediation Programme. These project will cover

Risk and Compliance

Operating Design Model.

This role's location is flexible, they would like Planners who can attend the below sites

Milton Keynes
Leeds
Manchester

Scope of Role

Development of the project plan through sourcing and analysis of information from relevant teams and stakeholders.
Maintain the programme plan (detailed 6months and highlevel 12months views).
Visualisation of the plan with milestones and dependencies, underpinned by a linebyline tracking model.
Ensure the project scope and impact is clear and agreed by the Sponsor before initiation and changes to scope are tracked throughout delivery.
Obtain required project plan approval through identifying and engaging with required stakeholders to gain their signoff.
Allocate ownership of tasks within the plan across the project team and manage delivery to agreed time, cost and quality.
Accountable for establishing and managing the agreed COO L-Gated Governance that outlines the endtoend project delivery approach and internal methodologies, including Design Assurance & Project Implementation Management (PIM).
Accountable for establishing and leading the governance framework, including setting the Steering Group.
