- Receive referrals and enable decisions with service users regards their planned Reablement service.
- Carry a caseload as allocated, with support of regular professional clinical supervision.
- Work closely with Team Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Reablement Workers and other therapists.
- Provide OT assessment, and intervention, to adults with physical and cognitive difficulties, many of whom have complex physical and /or psychosocial needs.
- Prescribe equipment and adaptions in accordance with relevant legislation, to enable people to remain in their home setting, in line with the Bristol City Council department policies.

Permanent, Part Time 14 hours per week working Thursday and Friday.
We are looking for Occupational Therapist who are team players, have excellent communication skills, and a willingness to participate in the development and promotion of this highly innovate service. You will need to have an understanding of clinical governance, to ensure that all services and activities are carried out within that framework.
