As the Digital & Content Executive you would be instrumental in bringing our brand and campaigns to life.

You would be responsible for the digital marketing strategy and will work with the Head of Marketing to develop, implement, track and optimise campaignsacross all digital channels.

Our marketing needs to stand out in the overcrowded typical law firm landscape.

That's why we're looking for someone who can set clear digital goals & plans, with the technical knowledge and know-how to manage and optimise, but at the same time is creative,can tell our story through our channels and campaigns to drive interest through to action.


Key responsibilities:


  • Work with the Head of Marketing to develop our digital strategy for elevating brand profile
  • Work with the Head of Marketing on the design and delivery of digital marketing & PR campaigns
  • Manage and update the website, and recommend developments, working with our web agency to ensure the site is technically excellent
  • Work with our web agency to maintain understanding of our user journeys and deliver UX objectives
  • Work with the Head of Marketing, Communications Executive, PSLs and feeearners to create and edit content to support our SEO strategy
  • Develop and deliver our social media strategy for each channel, particularly LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
  • Manage social media presence to increase reach and engagement, and create internal culture/skills to maximise employee advocacy
  • Review competitor activity and benchmark our performance, including identifying new trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Carry out social listening to inform activities on brand perception and market intelligence, quickly identifying negative noise or crises
  • Report on digital marketing engagement and success against KPIs, feeding back into Head of Marketing and recommending improvements
  • Maintain GDPR compliance across all of our channels including tracking activity
  • Manage any new digital channel development

Skills and experience:


  • Digital and content marketing experience in a B2B environment
  • Understanding of targeted marketing for specific clients
  • Experience in setting digital goals & plans
  • Technical knowledge & experience for SEO, website management & social channels
  • Experience of Google Analytics and reporting on insights (experience of SiteImprove an advantage)
  • Experience of running LinkedIn paid ad campaigns
  • Proven ability to increase engagement with clients and prospects
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to interpret data to recognise opportunities and risks for the business.
  • Sound commercial awareness and an understanding of the Firm's business and clients
  • Good judgement which avoids conflict with professional or regulatory requirements, and achieves effective commercial solutions for the firm
