    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver prepared lesson plans confidently and adaptively. Ability to adjust and explain concepts effectively.
    • Manage classroom behavior proactively to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
    • Provide tailored support to students, making necessary adjustments for optimal assistance.
    • Engage in continuous professional development for accurate assessment and marking.
    • Communicate clearly with colleagues on student progress and any relevant issues.
    • Complete administrative duties diligently, including record-keeping and incident reporting.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in English Literature or related field.
    * Familiarity with GCSE English specifications is advantageous.


    • Prior experience in an educational environment preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Flexibility to work across different subjects.
    • Valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
