We are seeking to recruit suitable people to work within our Residential and Staying Close Service.

The home provides care and an outreach service for a small number of young people situated in the Middlesbrough area.

We are committed to Restorative Practice when working with young people and their families.


This will include working with children with very challenging behaviour, complex emotional problems, mental health disorders and other additional/special needs.


Applicants must:

  • Have a recognised QCF level 3 diploma in Residential care in working with children and young people or an equivalent qualification or a willingness to undertake._
  • Experience of working with children and young people._
  • An understanding of child development and challenging behaviour._
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work with young people._
You will also be required to work unsocial hours including weekends, bank holidays and nights.

A Full UK Driving License is a requirement for this post.
