It is an exciting time to join us as we embark on a transformation journey with the launch of our new Council Plan and People Strategy.

    To enable us to deliver our ambitious workforce plans we are expanding our OD team. We have recently appointed a Senior OD Business Partner and a Corporate OD Business Partner, and now have a fantastic opportunity for two OD Support Officers to join our hardworking, friendly OD team.

    These key roles will support the work of the full OD team by providing a high-level co-ordination administration service while dealing with a range of workforce queries from both internal and external colleagues. They will ensure effective systems and processes are in place for the organisational planning, development, and evaluation of corporate development programmes, to include identifying training needs, procuring and arranging training and the provision of related workforce management information.
