Quality standards checking for all installed infrastructure equipment’s for all Zonal, Mandal, Gram panchayat office locations. • All power cables, related equipment’s i.e., MCBs, MCCBs, DCDBs, AMF Panels, LT Panels, ACDB, SMPS, AC TO DC converters, SOLAR PANELS, BB, DG, Air Conditioner, TMR ID/OD Rack, UPS, SPD, EB, Stabilizer, Transformer, Audit checking as per standards, ensuring the quality work. • GPON, PON, OLT, ONT, SPLITTER configuration and troubleshooting. • Field verification for the fiber. • OSP Activities i.e., Trenching, Ducting, DIT, Blowing, splicing, OTDR & LSPM. • Coordinating with vendor for the daily target completion. • Testing and handover of OFC to respective internal customers and as-build preparation, next final validation. • Project execution as per client specification. • Conduct various inspections to ensure work in compliance with BSNL pre-set technical specifications and approvals. • Handle Quality Management Systems across various processes to reduce rejection levels and ensure high quality standards at all the stages of production by maintaining Documentation and Data Management. • Manage all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction and coordination with site management activities. • Evaluate Designs coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors for changes in the same. • Responsible for vendor training and development, Scheduling and monitor the project activities. • Close monitoring the project execution and fill the gaps. • Attending the project review meetings. • Rectify all issues of OSP and ISP related works before handling over to O&M.
