Abatec is currently looking for a Team Leader /Supervisor with a valid FLT licence for our client based in Weston-Super-Mare.

Helping to check, process & transact incoming and outgoing goods in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, and within the agreed time frames of company KPI's.

This is a leadership role that requires strong team management skills and a solid understanding of logistics processes.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel, including shipping and receiving items.

• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Forklift operation (Loading and Unloading)

Counterbalance FLT licence (Essential)

• Proven experience in team management and leadership
