Are you a motivated and organised Marketing Executive looking for a fulfilling role at a fast-moving company with fantastic career progression opportunities?We are looking for a results-orientated and action-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in Crawley.
As a key player in our organisation, you will spearhead marketing initiatives and drive business growth within the educational construction and office fit-out industries.
As a Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the marketing manager to execute innovative marketing strategies, create compelling content, manage digital campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, responsibilities will include:
- Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with the business development team to develop marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales tools to support the sales process.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies and share knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation
- Help with the organisation of events providing projectspecific administrative support.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots.
- Create and manage the production and stock of branded merchandise.
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department.
This is an office-based role in Crawley with some travel to additional locations occasionally necessary to fulfil the duties of the role, including but not limited to, client office visits, photo shoots, events, and external locations for training and development.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to make informed marketing decisions
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a proactive approach to work and a desire to achieve marketing objectives
Desired Skills:
- CIM qualified or bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- InDesign and Photoshop
