Reporting into the HR Director, you will be responsible for managing employeerelations cases, supporting in HR related projects, and providing advice and guidance to managers and employees

Description

The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

Providing advice and guidance to management and employees in all HR related matters
Managing employee relations cases, taking full ownership of risk mitigation
Assisting the HR Director in the management of HR related projects
Contributing to the organisations change management approach
Developing and creating key HR documents, policies and procedures
Delivering effective stakeholder engagement
Ensuring that the business is fully compliant with all legal requirements
Any other ad hoc duties as required
