- Providing oversight, decision making and co-ordination of the Operation Support Teams (OST)
- Support the Operations Team Manager as required and acting as deputy
- Developing a strategic awareness of the business issues and challenges within the team by working closely
- Building and maintaining working relationships with field managers and OST to become a key enabler of efficient processes and procedures across the division
- Arranging and delivering regular meetings for our Coordinators within your specialism to provide updates, review workloads, share best practice and strengthen relationships
- Provide training to newer members of the team
- Develop and review processes and ways of working to improve our efficiency and adapt to business needs.
- Strong diary management and prioritisation skills, including complex scheduling to create efficiencies
- Strong IT capability in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, appropriate to all levels with active listening skills
- Responsibility for maintaining the image of the SJP brand and an understanding of handling sensitive/confidential information
- Willingness to travel to our other locations Manchester, Liverpool, Solihull
- Ad-Hoc overnight stays may be required to attend workshops or support events
