An exciting opportunity has arisen in Gloucestershire to work for a leading company in the janitorial supplies industry. With over 60 years in the Industry, this ambitious company is now looking to expand.
My client are looking for a lively and enthusiastic person who can bring on new business in their designated market sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of a market sector assigned to you. Investigate said market sector and plan and implement a marketing strategy to bring on new customers and increase market share
- Have proven sales experience and training
- Over 5 years driving experience
- Posses excellent planning and organisational skills
- Be innovative with the ability to spot, develop and implement business opportunities
- Target Orientated and have the ability to achieve all set targets on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
- Accept accountability for understanding and using the appropriate Sales Method and Sales tools, provide and use a best practice approach when new initiatives are launched
- Quickly build good customer rapport and maintain customer interest through the sales negotiation, being able to overcome objections and use all relevant tools to demonstrate proven value and influence sale
- Negotiate and close effective sales, e.g. identifying appropriate reasons to buy, and recommend products to match customer needs

- Uncapped commission structure based on gross profit and hitting targets
