The David Ross Education Trust is now recruiting for a HR Advisor. Are you an expectational HR professional looking to join a friendly and supportive team? We strive to deliver an outstanding HR service to colleagues in our school and central team.


We offer hybrid role based at Havelock Academy in Grimsby (approximately 2 days), and visiting our Trust Headquarters in Loughborough (one day a week) and between various designated academies and home.

Some travel in the UK is required across our schools.


_ About the role_


Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work in partnership with the HR Business Partner who oversees our schools in North East Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, undertaking casework and providing a timely and proactive, customer focused HR advisory service to Headteacher and other senior leaders within schools.

You will also play a key role in supporting the implementation and roll our of strategic HR projects.

This is a full-time and permanent role within the Trust. We are also happy to consider flexible working requests.


_ Salary & Benefits_

  • Have proven HR experience including the effective management of casework
  • Be a strong communicator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be highly organised, with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
