A Hybrid working model


Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week.

The role
Our Account Executive (AE) will learn to manage end-to-end project delivery. You will own and manage tasks focused on supporting projects while learning production and Client Delivery methodologies. The AE will learn the basics of project tracking, financial administration, production, resource allocation and reporting. You are curious observers, passionate about learning all you can about our industry and are pro-active, adaptable and resourceful.


Key areas of responsibility

  • Support daytoday communications with internal team, coordinate meetings, contact reports, status reports, trackers and task lists
  • Develop relationships across teams
  • Complete tasks efficiently and with full accountability, producing high quality work with some direction
  • Provide administrative support, including status reports, meeting scheduling, budget tracking, etc.
  • Manage tasks and deliverables with oversight from more senior Account Managers on larger projects
  • Assist with project management/workflow system data entry and reporting
  • Proactive coordination of all the details throughout assigned project to ensure that all actionitems and next steps are accomplished in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prioritise work, taking into consideration deadline, urgency, and complexity
  • Demonstrate business etiquette in both meetings and written communications
  • Demonstrate interest in and possesses basic knowledge of Hogarth and its clients' business including financials, industry, competitive landscape, marketing channels and strategic direction
  • Demonstrate professional, articulate, mature presence in all aspects of relationship building
  • Actively participate and takes accountability of assignments
