This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is either a recent graduate or has some office-based experience and looking for their next step.
Experience required:
- Experience in an administrative role with multiple stakeholders / or recent graduate
- Experience of collecting, collating and reviewing quantitative and qualitative data
- Experience of drafting reports and / or briefing documents
- Experience of online tools, communication and social platforms
- Experience of managing supportive relationships with stakeholders
- High level of written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English.
- Computer literate. Experience of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail able to spot errors and produce high quality work
- Strong problem solving and listening skills to help build a rapport with stakeholders and gain key information quickly
