_Night Support Worker_
Waking Night Support Worker Full Time / Part Time

Support4u are seeking to recruit enthusiastic, caring flexible Night support workers to provide support for adults with learning disabilities, Mental Health needs and other complex conditions.

Our Night Support Worker roles are immensely rewarding and enjoyable. Every person we support is unique. You will support individuals with tasks that may include medication ect.

Though previous experience is not essential you must be able to demonstrate an awareness of equal opportunities, particularly in meeting the social, cultural and religious needs of the client group.

About you:

Your approach will be person-centered with the ability to calmly manage difficult situations, demonstrate empathy with others and adapt easily to change.

Our posts work to a shift rota pattern including weekends, and bank holiday.

You will also demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, work well as part of a team and understand the issues and requirements of people with a Learning Disability.

We provide an induction and training programme as well as supporting you through your Training Qualifications. Care experience isn't always essential but a passion for enabling people to live fun and fulfilled lives is.

We currently have full time and part time hours available, with alternate weekend work required.
