Job Details

  • Delivering personal care and support at a senior level
  • Take part in Shadowing/Training new care support workers
- monitor support workers
- lead the shift when on duty
- responds to emergencies and provide guidance and support to support staff
- assists and enable service users with personal care

  • Support with interests and activities to stimulate and engage with the service user.
  • Provide daily activities such as paying bills, collecting benefits ect
  • Support service user with light cleaning and domestic duties including meal preparation as required;
- monitors service users conditions and contribute to record keeping;

  • Liaising with professional staff in carrying out care plans etc.
  • Work with managers to ensure rotas are covered.
  • Participate in the on call procedure.

Applicants must have:


  • The post holder must have eligibility to work in the United Kingdom and be able to read, write and communicate strongly in English.
  • Applicants must have NVQ/QCF Level 3 or equivalent (A level or equivalent qualification) to be eligible for this role.
  • Experience of working with people with health and Mental Health ect
  • Knowledge and use of clinical assessment tools
  • Understand care planning processes and have experience of writing support plans
  • Experience of leading a shift
  • Preferably have a driving license but it's not essential.
