Mac Recruit is looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Performance Coach based in a vibrant central Glasgow office.

Our client is an outsourced telemarketing agency, specialising in the Telecoms B2B sector.

Their clients include major global software and hardware vendors who are looking for lead generation campaigns and meeting recruitment at leading telco trade events, mainly project-based.

You will be reporting to the Head of Operations, with a dotted line to the Managing Director.


The Performance Coach will be responsible for providing coaching & training in more complex, specific technical requirements in outbound sales & retention functions.

You will be focused on driving sales effectiveness and developing sales talent.


Other duties include:

  • Set up and management of campaigns
  • Motivate and keep the Sales team engaged appraisals, target setting
  • Liaising with clients to ensure the delivery of campaigns
  • Allocation of work to staff
  • Providing reports to management and clients
  • Involved in making business process improvements including CRM
  • Nurturing new and existing client base, account management and new business
  • Attending Events to meet existing client base to reinforce relationships and also to
  • Working with a recruitment partner to interview and select Sales staff for the growth of the Glasgow office
  • Continuous Improvement identifying areas within in the current processes to increase opportunities and efficiencies
What type of person are we looking for?

You will have previous experience in coaching/mentoring and also experience of working in an outbound call centre or specialist sales team

Job Types:

Salary:
£40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
