e are currently working with an award-winning Charity based in Central London to recruit for a Onboarding Coordinator

The successful post holder will aid in delivering a professional, efficient, and timely Onboarding service for the Charity

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for an opportunity to use their recruitment experience to aid the Charities safer recruitment practices

Responsibilities:

To ensure Recruitment Team are made aware of any issues surrounding the right to work, convictions disclosed in person or via Disclosure and Barring Service checks
Work closely with and liaise with hiring managers and Recruitment Manager
To ensure the HR system is updated throughout the recruitment and on boarding process
Provide quarterly reports on leavers and monitor exit interview responses
