Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to join our Adult Safeguarding Team at the Civic Centre in Doncaster.

The role involves conducting section 42 enquiries, chairing and arranging SNARMs (Strategy Meetings with Adults at Risk), Best Interest Meetings, and covering duty responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:
Conduct section 42 enquiries in accordance with statutory requirements and organizational policies.

Chair and coordinate SNARMs, Best Interest Meetings, and other multi-agency meetings as required.

Provide duty cover and respond to safeguarding concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.

Collaborate with partner agencies and professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults.


Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in adult safeguarding.

Strong understanding of relevant legislation and statutory duties.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions under pressure.

Commitment to promoting the welfare and rights of vulnerable adults.
