Administrator - London

The role is 45 hours per week and is based in our Office in North London, there is the potential for some homeworking once settled within the role.


What you will be doing:


  • Facilitate with the booking and administration for the following activities: Traffic Management plans, Parking bays, Bus stops, TFL Slip numbers, Switch Outs, Starts within 2 hours ,Stops within 2 hours, Registration, Defects, Inspections ,Incoming Comments ,Street work charges
  • S74, FPN, 2 hour defects, Stat plans, Street works compliance, Quality checks, Job Packs, Line searches, Service Avoidance down loads.
  • Minute taking & ensuring actions are followed through correctly.
  • Maintain an electronic document control system to meet the needs of the project.
  • Assist with the organisation of adhoc events and welcome visitors on site as necessary
- etc).

  • Set up and coordinate meetings as required.
  • Support site team with day to day activities.
  • Promote and encourage a positive attitude to Health and Safety.
  • Handle delegated administrative tasks from colleagues in a courteous and efficient way to help the project run smoothly, ensure flexibility to meet project demands.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings.
  • Working in various areas of the project to help develop skills, knowledge and experience in all aspects of administration.

Who we are looking for:


  • Previous experience as Administrator or a fast paced service role.
  • Experience of the Infrastructure / Civil / Engineering / Construction industry.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of operating IT systems, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • A real cando attitude, and professional outlook and positive influencer.
