We are looking for a Pesonal Assistant to join our ever growing and exciting client on a permanent basis


The Personal Assistant will provide a comprehensive confidential service to the UK MT Directors ensuring smooth and seamless communication within the function is an integral part of this role and therefore the provision of secretarial and organisational support will be required.


Key responsibilities as a Personal Assistant:

  • Provide outstanding confidential PA support to the UK MT Directors, including:
  • Diary management coordinate meetings and external events, proactively ensuring productive use of time, prioritising key meetings and tasks and sensitively resolving diary conflicts.
  • Travel management organising travel including accommodation arrangements.
  • Assistance with daily administrative tasks and other ad hoc requests.
  • Preparation of documents, reports and presentation material.
  • Administration of expenses, invoices and budget tracking.
  • Event and project management.
  • Coordination of reports, charts and management information.

Budget responsibilities :
Tracking budget spend for the following


  • Finance
  • External : Travel agents
  • Accommodation representatives
  • Hospitality/Event organisations
  • PAs to Directors for external contacts
  • External consultants
  • Measures of success

You must be able to demonstrate:

  • Accurate, timely and pro-active diary and administrative management.
  • Efficient and proactive coordination and management of events
  • TBC
  • Diary conflicts resolved
  • Visible smooth coordination of 'key content activity'
  • Confidentiality at all times.
  • Highly organised and proactive, ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team and to take ownership/responsibility
  • Well developed time management and organisational skills
  • Able to prioritise activities and multitask as required.
  • A fluent and articulate communicator
  • Strong influencing skills and confidence when working with senior stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Lotus Notes
  • Able to demonstrate proficiency in listening to needs and formulating a plan to achieve results.

Position profile:


Qualifications :
Completion of secondary level education (to Higher / A-level standard)


Experience required:
Senior experience in a blue chip / corporate level of an organisation
