Customer Service Manager

Permanent

Hybrid working

Up to £40000 depending on experience

This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning company based in North Bristol.

You will be leading a team of 5 people within the customer service department, ensuring that customer service is at the heart of all processes within the business.


You will be a real self-starter, an ambitious individual with a flair for all things customer service, you will enjoy motivating and leading your team whilst having a track record of meeting and exceeding customer service performance measures.


Daily duties to include:

  • Hold training sessions across the business in relation to customer service strategies
  • Support senior management to deliver the business strategy consistently
  • Be an escalation point for customers with more complex queries
  • Organise proactive customer virtual and inperson meetings
  • Attend industry specific events (roughly 10 a year), some overnight stays expected, fully expensed
  • Lead in the transition of a new ticketing system
  • Manage social media pages
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role within an office setting is essential

Salary:
£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Hybrid remote in Bristol
