Join a team of fundraising professionals for a global men's mental health charity

  • Support the fundraising strategy for the Corporate Partnerships portfolio in the UK and Europe
  • Work collaboratively with our Marketing and Programs team in order to deliver growth in the Corporate sector

About the role


You will have experience working in a Corporate Partnerships team and will be responsible for supporting the Partnerships team with the delivery and growth of existing and new corporate supporters.

This will be achieved by supporting the Partnerships team to deliver a fundraising strategy for Commercial partnerships and working collaboratively with other Fundraising teams in the UK, Europe and other markets.


You'll have the opportunity to

  • Support the Corporate Partnership Managers with employee fundraising, resources and ad hoc support
  • Account manage a portfolio of corporate supporters, ensuring excellent stewardship, relationship building and longterm growth
  • Work closely with the Head of Partnership Development to deliver a holistic fundraising growth plan to achieve financial targets and increase value for corporate supporters
  • Work with programmes team and other internal stakeholders to drive nonfinancial impact benefits from partners
  • Support the New Business team from cultivation through to close, to maximise all opportunities
  • Work collaboratively across Movember functions to develop and deliver optimal Fundraising Solutions; Marketing, Communications and Programs
  • Deliver regular data, insights and evaluation to inform the Head of Corporate Partnerships on progress and performance
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, plans, contact reports as necessary
  • Attend regular meetings, deliver talks, working with relevant internal leads to engage the company and deliver on objectives
  • Increase public awareness of men's health issues and the work of Movember

For this role, you'll need

  • 12 years' experience working in an account management and/or relationship management role
  • Experience of account management and stewardship
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders
  • Highly developed organisation skills, the ability to prioritise and manage several programs concurrently and meet deadlines
  • Strong problemsolving skills with a high degree of selfmotivation and initiative
  • Selfstarter/high level of internal motivation
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and growth environment
  • Adaptability and flexibility

Bonus points for

  • Experience working in the charity sector
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
