Are you a recent graduate with a keen interest in technology and how it can help organisations improve their business operations?
Role Responsibilities
Induction Programme (first month)

You will start with intensive training, covering industry and business knowledge, as well as essential skills you will need for a successful start.

Then you will do rotational placements (2 x 1-week placements each at a different department in the organisation - IT Pre-Sales / Consulting and Professional Services / Service Delivery).

For each placement, your role will have a defined sponsor and regularprogress reviews to support you in gaining maximum benefit from the experience.

You'll be surrounded by people who will help you achieve your ambitions. You will have the opportunity to work with our senior consultants and software testers and learn from them.
Your new role

After the first 6 months into the job, you will be able to configure and demo use cases in an assigned BMC technology.

You should also be able to comfortably sit in customer and partner meetings and understand the discussions, be able to take detailed notes,and contribute to internal follow-up discussions around the meeting.

The next milestone is to be able to lead a tier 3/4 pre-sales activity in an assigned BMC technology (talk track, demo, RFP response, presentation, and team coordination), and support a Lead consultant in a CSP Advisory service.
