Description
Are you a 3rd line technical support engineer, wanting to further their career and join a dynamic infrastructure team?

An exciting opportunity exists for a Systems Engineer to join a dynamic team, implementing and maintaining a wide range of technologies within a well-established and respected business close to Kings Cross with offices across the UK.

Role Responsibilities

You will play a key role in driving the Group's IT forward in terms of infrastructure, resilience and security, and in delivering the best possible service to the company's user community, with their wide-ranging needs.

You will be accountable for completionof projects as and when required in line with scope of works (migrations, rollouts, implementations, site moves, updates) and be involved in researching and piloting new technologies as they become available and use your extensive trouble-shooting skills toprovide assistance to the Support Team.

Technical Requirements
Essential

  • Windows Server
  • Azure knowledge
  • Experience working within 3rd line/infrastructure.
  • Experience working both alone and as part of a team.
  • Microsoft Exchange 2019/Office 365
Desirable

  • VMware and datacentre experience
  • Knowledge of SLA's and KPI's
  • Certifications (MCSE, MCSA, ITIL)
  • Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper
  • Kemp, Meraki, Mimecast, Nimble, Pulse, SecurEnvoy, SentinelOne
  • Full Microsoft product set including Enterprise Teams
