Are you a 1st Line Support Engineer looking for a new role?
About the company

A well established Business Technology provider specialising in IT is looking for an experienced 1st line Field Engineer to join their ever growing team.

As an IT Field Engineer, you would be travelling to and from customer sites to provide support as well as complete installation services within a wide range of IT infrastructures.

Responsibilities:

Travelling to customer sites
1st line support
Undertake onsite surveys and audits for a range of solutions, including networking, wireless and cabling.

Essential Skills and personal qualities

Experienced in Windows Desktop (7,8,10) and troubleshooting general PC and Printers
Working Knowledge of Exchange, Office 365, DNS, Networking and other standard Microsoft packages
Beneficial if you have experience with MAC OS X, Linux, Android, Veeam, SQL and VOIP.
