About the Company

A global insurance company located in a prominent part of London is looking for someone to join their IT support team as an IT Executive Support Engineer.

For this role, as the IT Executive Support Engineer, you will be required to support the UK office locationsas well as VIP users globally.

This can be a fast paced role so they are looking for someone with energy and who is willing to take initiative.


Responsibilities:


  • 1st 2nd line IT support, inc over 500+ VIP users globally, maintaining an excellent standard of support.
  • Managing tickets via service management tool ITSM
  • Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to avoid reoccurring issues.
  • Supporting the Exec Support Specialist and escalating support issues to Head of IT where necessary
  • Mobile device support and advanced troubleshooting skills (Apple & Android technologies)
Essential Skills and personal qualities

  • Exec support team is the 1st point of contact for all high priority Incidents and requests for executives and senior management.
  • 1st 2nd line IT support, inc over 500+ VIP users globally, maintaining an excellent standard of support.
  • Managing tickets via service management tool ITSM
