Monday to Friday
9am-5:30pm + occasional Saturday (day off in lieu during the week)

My client, a forward thinking, exciting organisation are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will

Deliver excellent customer service, speaking to customers to convert enquiries into customers
Tailor make packages to suit each customers needs
Ensure enquiries are dealt with in a helpful and precise manner
Advising customers on itineraries
Deal with all relevant administration

As a Customer Service Advisor, your key skills should include:

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Accurate typing skills and attention to detail
The ability to work in a fast paced office environment as part of a rapidly growing team
Excellent numerical and IT skills
Flexibility to adapt well to change and the ability to use your initiative to resolve issues

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time

Salary:
£21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
