- Landing accounts through careful customer approaches and thoughtful sales plans.
- Developing territory strategies and account plans independently to achieve lines of business solution revenue from complex multi-year deals that drive significate customer value.
- Ensuring customer needs and commitments are met continuously.
- Communicating product knowledge to all customers to ensure customers are aware of all value add features.
- Preparing quotes using Salesforce scheduling follow-ups to quotes on a timely basis.
- Negotiates compels strategi contracts that ensure mutual value, and present "churn resistant" elements such as multi-year non-cancelable terms.
- Documenting and ensuring all sales activities are entered into the CRM system by the support team.
- Achieving sales targets, goals and objectives.
- Working with the Branch Team, including Inside Sales, to manage and develop accounts to grow revenue.
- Implementing a prospecting strategy for acquiring new accounts using business tools like LinkedIn, and active participation in networking events.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an outside sales capacity.
- Experience in the transportation industry is an asset.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills including virtual meeting skills.
- Strong organizational and computer skills - with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Goal oriented and results driven.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and achieve outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Work effectively in, and contribute to, a team environment.
- Bilingual (French and English) is an asset.
