If you are looking for a customer service advisor role with a difference, this could be just what you have been waiting for.
The ideal candidate will have good experience in customer service, great customer skills, is organized and adaptable, computer literate and comfortable with computerized systems This role will suit experienced Service Advisors, a Workshop Controller who wants more customer interaction, or a technician looking to get off the tools or indeed someone looking to forge a new career in the motor trade.
Meet and greet customers, book in work, and keep clients updatedGeneral admin, answering phone and emails
Relevant motor trade experience essential
Customer service experience essential
Bonus scheme currently £8000 pa
~3-day weekend every other week
~ Training given
~20 days holiday + BH
