Purpose of the Role


As a Hub Assistant you will be the first point of contact for contractors, visitors and staff in aiding and directing queries.

You will be responsible for the management of Ctracker, car park queries, key management and wheelchair hire.


There will be an element of supporting the reception team and you may be asked to cover on the mall from time to time.


Key Responsibilities
To manage daily site permits for contractors via the C tracker system. Including Registration of contractors, approval of documents, RAMs and public liability insurance

To support with car park payment queries by answering calls from the pay machines and barriers including taking payments.

To provide excellent internal and external customer service.


To manage the centre keys ensuring that they are all booked in and out, via the Mac system and morse watchman.

Other general administrative tasks and duties

Ensure the delivery of a consistently safe, secure and clean centre.

Take part in coordinating Emergency procedures as a fire warden.


Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Polite, professional, articulate and a confident communicator
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player
  • Experience in a customer service background
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet the daily demands of the operation with the ability to work on their own or as part of a team
  • Understanding the need for confidentiality when dealing with internal and external information.
Working Hours - 22 hours

Salary - £10.45 per hour / annual £11,954.80
