MBA are currently recruiting for a home-based Customer Service Advisor to join the Out of Hours team based in an exciting global organisation in central Glasgow.

You will be required to complete the following tasks;

Providing exceptional service to policy holders contacting the Out of Hours services.
Raising invoices and contacting third parties where necessary
Data input, ensuring all information is captured and inputted onto internal systems
Working on large caseloads to ensure we are in line with SLA's

What we're looking for from a Customer Service Advisor;

Experience in customer service within a call centre/office environment
Previous experience working within the insurance industry would be advantageous
Ability to work under pressure and with a varied workload
Proficient with Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word.

Job Details;

Full time role 35hrs, shifted between Mondays
Sunday.
Weekday shifts between 5pm 11pm, weekend shifts 9am 9pm (you'll only work one day over the weekend)
Permanent position
