The Claims Administrator will be responsible for:
- Providing end to end support to the client-based claims team
- To input and new information in to the system and chase external teams for other information required to assist the progression of a claim.
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post.
- Day to day dealings with Insurers, solicitors, contractors, suppliers and internal claims handlers.
- Listening to call recordings to pinpoint and gather information for a claims file.
The Claims Administrator will need to have:
- Insurance Administration Experience (Preferred, not essential)
- A Driven and Hard-Working mentality within a busy, fast paced environment.
- Personal Integrity aligned with company values
- Possess a true 'can do' attitude
- An eagerness to learn and develop themselves.
