Description

We are seeking two reliable and enthusiastic Park Duty Operatives to join our team. You will be responsible for the opening and closing of Norwich's beautiful parks and green spaces.

Main duties include:

Unlocking and locking park gates, toilets and changing facilities
Conducting litter picks and emptying bins
Completing safety checks of play areas and sports pitches
Putting up and taking down nets and equipment
Taking payments for sports facilities
Recording paperwork

Essential requirements for this role:

Knowledge of health and safety procedures
Previous manual work experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A flexible approach and ability to work evenings and weekends
Capability to carry out physical tasks

In return, we offer:
- £21,154.69 per annum pro rata

We are looking for staff who enjoy working outdoors and engaging with park visitors. Working hours will be varied and include regular evenings and weekends.
