We are supporting people to live their fullest, most independent lives.

The role is to support people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, older people, people with Autism, and physical disabilities.

We do that in a number of ways, from providing 24-hour support within their own homes to providing shorter, more focused support to assist with individual needs or tasks.

What we can offer you:

Salary: £21,284 £21,630 (inclusive of 1 sleep per week)
Hours: Fulltime, permanent contract 40 hours per week

The role:

What you will be doing as a Support Worker

Ensure the highest quality of care is provided to clients through a personcentred approach
Promote the right values and attitudes towards people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health, needs and behaviours described as challenging
Facilitating social, educational, or work activities such as visiting family and friends, walking shopping and other recreational activities

Responsibilities relating to Supporting People:

Enable the people we support to be able to fulfil those choices, including structured activities which help each individual to develop their confidence and skills
Enabling the people we support to meet their responsibilities such as paying bills, looking after their homes, being good neighbours and keeping in close contact with friends and family.
Enabling the people we support to be involved in Company related activities, such as being involved in training, recruitment of new staff and going to house meetings.
