I am recruiting a number of
CARING and
PASSIONATE Support Workers to join a Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs.

The service, which is located in Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire supports adults aged between

Salary: £26,477 - £26,926 (including sleeps) Plenty of overtime available:


  • Hours: Full Time
  • 40 hours per week 1 sleep per week:

Shifts: A variety of shifts including optional sleeps including weekends:

Location: Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Encouraging independence and supporting individuals to make their own choices.
  • Ensuring the safety of the service users.
  • Following care plans for each individual.
  • Taking service users out into the community.
  • Participating in activities such as arts, crafts, gardening and day trips.
  • Varying levels of personal care.

Requirements:


  • No experience is required.
