We are currently working alongside a leading Facilities Management company to recruit a Customer Service Representative in Denton, Manchester. The Customer Service Representative will work on the Shell Petroleum contract within the help desk team.

We are currently working alongside a leading Facilities Management company to recruit a Customer Service Representative in Denton, Manchester. The Customer Service Representative will work on the Shell Petroleum contract within the help desk team.

Responsibilities;

Answer customer calls around faults / queries and emergency repairs
Maintain a prompt, efficient and reliable service level to all customers as outlined within the agreed service level agreements.
Ensure that quality checks on completed work are carried out on a regular basis
Provide assistance to other departments with administration and other work that may be useful.
Entering data and processing documentation accurately and in accordance with company procedures
Previous experience of working within a customer service / help desk role
Strong customer service skills
Good telephone manner
Good IT skills
Attention to detail
Use of Maximo (Advantageous)
