The role

ANS is looking for an experienced Power Platform/Dynamics 365 CE Functional Engineer/Consultant to join our Managed Services Team.

If you have a passion for Microsoft Power Platform and want to work at an industry-leading MSP with some of the best in the business, then we want to hear from you.


Working within a close-knit and highly skilled team, you will be working with our customers to deliver changes and new features.

The role will also support our service desk with support tickets escalations, delivering quick resolutions with a high level of customer service.

We're looking for someone with great communication skills, team working, customer centric focus and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment


What will I be doing?
Working in an agile way to work with our Centre of Excellence customer base to translate requirements into a backlog portfolio & then deliver the backlog of work items alongside our Power Platform Engineers

Working alongside our Customer Success Architects & Power Platform Eco System Architects to build relationships with customers to understand their requirements and deliver solutions using Microsoft Power Platform

Act as an escalation point for service desk analysts supporting our managed services customers with Power Platform support tickets

Document delivered solutions where required

Work toward Microsoft Certifications pertinent to the role


What will I bring to the role?
Experience of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse, Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas) and Power Automate

Experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics CE to meet customer/user requirements using low code/no code out-of-the-box configurations

Ability to take customer requirements and identify solutions using Dynamics/Power Platform capabilities


Desirable but not essential:
Knowledge / Experience of JavaScript / C# would be advantageous

Knowledge/Experience of Power BI

Experience /knowledge with surrounding technologies such as SharePoint, Azure, M365
