WilsonJones is an established and successful school contract caterer, providing meals to children in primary and secondary schools in the south east.

We are currently looking for a Food Service Assistant to support a team at a very busy kitchen in our secondary school in Redhill, Surrey.

Within this role, you will be focussing on delivering the highest quality of food, kitchen management and excellent customer service to a highly regarded school in our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Be confident in the kitchen within all areas of food preparation, inspiring the team to produce a high quality food offer. Our food offer includes a wide variety of options including main meal service, hot and cold grab and go, and sweet treats, that are all popular with the students.
Ensure the consistency of food and service standards in your school catering operation is maintained at all times.
Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers and client
Maintain company systems & procedures, and legislation

Experience within a similar role in a school environment is preferable.

Term time only (39 weeks)

Salary:
£10.42 per hour
