Owing to internal movement my Halifax based client are looking for a confident Receptionist to join their team.Duties:
- Acting as first point of contact for visitors and accepting deliveries for the office.
- Answering and directing all incoming calls
- Actioning the Reception inbox and distributing mail appropriately
- Providing admin support to the Directors typing, filing, creating documents, obtaining and chasing quotations for tenders, setting up and downloading new tenders.
- Organising and booking travel and accommodation
- Out of hours support to site based staff and management with regard to travel arrangements
- Purchasing and ordering all office equipment, including stationery and refreshments
- Buying site supplies such as toilet rolls, blue rolls, hand towels and cleaning products
- Organising events for clients ensuring all requirements are met.
- Assisting with Health and Safety admin and collating of manuals
- Filing of all Sub-Contractor invoices, tender and contract files.
- Sourcing and updating DVLA information for all staff in line with GDPR
- DBS Applications
- Managing Oyster cards
- Setting up and advertising vacancies on Indeed and collating CVs
- Collecting and collating credit card payment documents and expenses on a monthly basis.
