Description
Owing to internal movement my Halifax based client are looking for a confident Receptionist to join their team.


Duties:


  • Acting as first point of contact for visitors and accepting deliveries for the office.
  • Answering and directing all incoming calls
  • Actioning the Reception inbox and distributing mail appropriately
  • Providing admin support to the Directors typing, filing, creating documents, obtaining and chasing quotations for tenders, setting up and downloading new tenders.
  • Organising and booking travel and accommodation
  • Out of hours support to site based staff and management with regard to travel arrangements
  • Purchasing and ordering all office equipment, including stationery and refreshments
  • Buying site supplies such as toilet rolls, blue rolls, hand towels and cleaning products
  • Organising events for clients ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Assisting with Health and Safety admin and collating of manuals
  • Filing of all Sub-Contractor invoices, tender and contract files.
  • Sourcing and updating DVLA information for all staff in line with GDPR
  • DBS Applications
  • Managing Oyster cards
  • Setting up and advertising vacancies on Indeed and collating CVs
  • Collecting and collating credit card payment documents and expenses on a monthly basis.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday - rate of pay £10.50 per hour.
