Accounts Payable Clerk


We are seeking an
Accounts Payable Clerk to join our client's team based in South Armagh area on a full-time basis with an immediate start.


The salary on offer for this role is £28K Per year. Hours of Work 8am-5pm Mon-Thurs & 8am-2.30pm on a Friday
The Accounts Payable Clerk will work within the creditor department and report directly to the finance manager.


The primary responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk will be to ensure all supplier invoices are correctly processed validated and approved in line with agreed payment terms.


What you will do:


  • The Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for the registration and processing of supplier invoices.
  • Ensure that all supplier queries and invoices are dealt with on a daily basis.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding any invoice and credit queries.
  • Responsible for the followup of overdue purchase orders, goods/ services receipt confirmations, invoices and statements with suppliers.
  • Maintain an up to date supplier standing data on the Integra accounting system.

Requirements:


  • At least 3 years experience in a similar Accounting role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Ability to work well in a team.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday

reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:

- purchase ledger: 2 years (preferred)

  • Accounts payable: 2 years (preferred)
