Office Administrator
A Engineering company located in the Newry Area. are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. If you have experience as an office administrator, who is proficient with Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills in both verbal & written English, then we would love to hear from you
Office Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling appointments and more
- Coordinating with other departments on various projects
- Preparing reports using Microsoft Excel or other software programs
- Providing general support to management
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' experience working in an office environment preferably within the food/catering industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
